Your boss/client has asked you to build training for field technicians on how to perform a thermography scan.
Background
- Technicians must set up the camera correctly and select the appropriate things to shoot
- Need to be able to export to a standard report template/format
- Upload files to the corporate website for detailed analysis
- Identify any initial findings while on-site
- Infrequently performed
- All technicians carry smartphones, some also have tablets and laptops
- "Need to get something out there quickly"
- No budget to build technical documentation so include tech info in the training as much as possible
- Need the ability to easily expand and make changes in the future
